The Association unites people from diverse communities throughout New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands and constantly strives to meet the needs of its constituents.

Head Start is a comprehensive child development program which serves young children and their families. Our Programs are child-focused and have the overall goal of increasing the school readiness of young children in low-income families.
